Who We Are

We are a group of roughly 1500 Amateur Radio Operators ("Hams") working together (virtually and in-person) to demonstrate, exercise and improve our procedures to pass Emergency Communications message traffic.
We also seek to acquire new skills and capabilities. Our operators are members of an array of Ham Radio emergency communications groups, but members with no affiliation to any group are also welcome.

What We Do

We conduct weekly or monthly practice drills, sending various ICS and Winlink form messages.
We conduct semi-annual larger-scale drills, based on the skills learned during practice.

Our Goals

Improve knowledge and proficiency sending emergency communications with Winlink.
Showcase our capabilities for radio-based emergency communications on a national level.
